Shipping & delivery

After payment, our team procures your item and arranges shipment. You receive email updates as your order moves through review, purchasing, and shipping. Tracking appears on My Requests or order history once the package ships. International orders may route through a Japan hub before the final leg — delivery times vary by marketplace and destination.

Returns & refunds

To request a refund, contact support with your order ID. Refunds are reviewed by our ops team — chat does not start a refund automatically. If approved, we process the refund through Stripe; your bank may take several business days to show the credit. Check My Requests or order history for status updates.

Purchase agent vs OpenMarket checkout

Purchase agent (Amazon / Rakuten): you pay upfront for product + service fee + shipping. Our team buys on the marketplace on your behalf and updates status in ops — best when you want us to handle overseas procurement.

OpenMarket checkout: buy OpenMarket catalog items directly in your cart with standard Stripe checkout — best for in-catalog products with immediate checkout.

Both flows use secure Stripe payment. Use My Requests for agent orders and History for catalog checkout orders.

Premium plan

Premium (¥980/month) removes ads and unlocks enhanced concierge features. Subscribe from the Plan Subscribe page while signed in. Billing is handled by Stripe; you can cancel anytime and keep Premium until the current billing period ends. For billing issues or cancellation help, use the contact form and choose Premium & billing.
